1. Service Description

Paynxt provides software infrastructure that enables businesses to initiate payouts via licensed financial institutions.

Paynxt is NOT:

• A bank
• A Payment Aggregator
• A Payment Gateway
• A financial institution

We do not pool, store, or settle funds.

2. Eligibility

To use Paynxt you must be:

• A registered business
• Legally authorized
• Compliant with applicable laws

We reserve the right to reject onboarding.

3. Permitted Use

• Salary disbursements
• Vendor payments
• Contractor payouts
• Business-related transfers

4. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use Paynxt for:

• Gambling or betting payouts
• Adult services
• Unauthorized crypto transactions
• Money laundering
• Fraudulent activity
• Illegal businesses

Violation may result in immediate suspension.

5. Banking Services

All banking services are provided by licensed financial institutions. Settlement timelines are governed by partner banks.

Paynxt is not responsible for banking network delays.

6. Fees

Businesses agree to applicable platform fees. All charges are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

Paynxt shall not be liable for indirect damages, banking failures, regulatory actions, or network disruptions.

8. Suspension Rights

We may suspend access if risk, fraud, or compliance concerns arise.

9. Termination

Businesses may discontinue use anytime. Certain obligations survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: West Bengal
